Cancellation & Booking Policy

For Individual Travelers

• A minimum cancellation charge of ₹5.00 is applicable on all cancelled orders.
• No additional cancellation charges will be applied for cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to pickup.
• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a 100% cancellation charge.

For Group Bookings

• A minimum cancellation charge of ₹5.00 per person is applicable on all cancelled orders.
• No additional cancellation charges will be applied for cancellations made at least 36 hours prior to pickup.
• Cancellations made within 36 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a 100% cancellation charge.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of cancellation, after deducting applicable cancellation charges.

The Cancellation and Refund Policy is subject to change at the discretion of the company without prior notice.
